Terms & Conditions This contract is for the services described below between the undersigned ATHLETE and VIC MORRISON, dba rodeokidz.com here in after referred to as AGENT. This agreement grants a license to AGENT for the marketing of all rodeo products (including, but not limited to photos, bios, statistics, and all other information) regarding ATHLETE for a period of one year from the date this contract is signed by ATHLETE. ATHLETE owns all rodeo products generated during the term of this. AGENT is authorized to promote, seek sponsors, and market any rodeo products of ATHLETE. AGENT will use best efforts to obtain sponsorships, scholarships, and/or promote ATHLETE in a professional manner, including, but not limited to posting any and all rodeo products of ATHLETE on the World Wide Web at rodeokidz.com or other similar sites. None of ATHLETE’S contact information will be released with out ATHLETE’S prior notification and consent. ATHLETE agrees to pay AGENT $100.00 for the first year and $100.00 per year thereafter. ATHLETE agrees to complete the work in accordance with AGENT standards, including, but not limited to, meeting with potential sponsors, and all other appearances and/or other promotional events requested by AGENT, using best efforts to achieve maximum number of sponsorships. If ATHLETE fails to honor this agreement, AGENT will cease all promotional efforts and will remove all ATHLETE’S information from web-site, etc... AGENT agrees to immediately notify ATHLETE in writing in the event AGENT believes ATHLETE is not complying with this contract. Written notification will contain a description of action(s) necessary for ATHLETE to comply with AGENT standards. This agreement shall be considered renewed at the end of the period unless AGENT receives a written notice with the intent to terminate this contract within 30 days of contract term remaining. GOVERNING LAW: This AGREEMENT shall be governed by the laws and in the courts of the State of Texas and by the laws of the United States, excluding their conflicts of law principles. This contract must also comply with the bylaws, rules, and regulations of NHSRA, NIRA and any other regulating organizations. I accept the above Terms and Conditions
